Yakima's Lopez Nabs PNL Player of the Week: Yakima starting pitcher, Fernando Lopez breezed through the Pacific Northwest Baseball League batters last week and today was voted its outstanding player. He led the league with 2 wins awarded the PNL Player of the Week trophy.
For the week the Harvesters hurler compiled a fine 2-0 won-lost record, surrendered 14 hits and fanned 15 in 16 innings and put up an impressive 1.12 ERA.
