Wild Things Captures Wild Card: It was no easy task for the Washington Wild Things to capture a wild card spot, but the team's players can now breathe easy, knowing they will be a part of the Frontier League postseason.

"They made us work for it. There aren't many easy games in the Frontier League," said starting pitcher Chris Gislason. "We would have liked to have won our way into the playoffs sooner, but we'll take it."

The team's record currently sits at 55-37 and they will be vying for the 2nd Frontier League championship in franchise history.
