Volunteers Suffer 9-0 Drubbing from Peaches: Jerry Wilson blitzed the Nashville Volunteers at Macon GA minor league park today, pitching the Macon Peaches to victory, 9-0. Wilson needed 9 innings to shut out the Volunteers, striking out 6.
