Stringer's Hit Streak Soars to 20 Games: The Moscow Mules fell to the Portsmouth Atlantics in Market Square Park today, even as 27-year-old right fielder Donald Stringer upped his consecutive-game hitting streak to 20 games. Stringer finished with 2 hits in 4 at-bats, but could not stop the Mules from dropping the 5-0 decision.

"Yeah, I kept my streak going, but it would have been better to come away with a win," said Stringer.
Donald Stringer singled in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, singled in the 6th and flied out in the 8th.

In 11 games this year Stringer has posted a .426 average and put up these numbers: 3 home runs, 11 RBIs and 8 runs scored.
