The all-star was named MVP for the annual mid-season showcase held at Banner Island Ballpark, as his South Division All-Stars downed the North Division All-Stars by a count of 5-2.
"It's humbling to even play in a game like this with legends of the sport all around you," he said.
Trevino went 1 for 2 to capture the honor.
