Sand Tigers Out of Playoff Race: The Camden Sand Tigers clubhouse had a subdued atmosphere today, as it became official that the Sand Tigers had officially missed the postseason.
"We were close, but not close enough," Camden manager Jimmy Downey said.
This is the club's 2nd playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2057.In total, the Sand Tigers have missed the playoffs 65 times in their 82-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Sand Tigers have made the playoffs 6 times.
