PIL Outstanding Skipper Award Given to Sanchez: The Niagara Falls Rapids coaching staff broke out the bubbly when Manager Chet Sanchez was announced as 2059 Pilsner Manager of the Year.
He skippered the Rapids to a 81-39 record this year and a first place finish in the Pilsner West Division.
To a man, they all agreed that their boss was most deserving of the award. All had glowing words to say about this year's winning manager.
