No Late-Season Magic Coming: Gulf Coast Out of Playoffs: It will be a long offseason for the Gulf Coast Turbeaus organization. The team came close, but have ultimately failed to make this year's playoffs.
"Making the playoffs has to be our ultimate goal," said manager Mike Norman. "We'll use the offseason to see what changes can get us there."
Gulf Coast last appeared in the postseason in 2024. This is their 15th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 16 times in their 17 - year history.
