Nasim Jacks 3 into the Stands: Qudamah Nasim of the Mt. Fuji Bullets had a lot to celebrate in today's 24-1 win over the Seoul Dragons after pounding a trio of home runs at Dragons Field.

"I'm just closing my eyes and swinging as hard as I can," he joked with reporters after the game. "It worked well today."

The powerful Mt. Fuji third baseman tagged 3 hits in 4 at-bats, drove in 5 runs and scored 4 times in his three-homer outburst.

"We talked about changing our strategy for the third one, and then he went and hit another homer," Seoul manager Harold Blackford said. "We just couldn't get him out."

Qudamah Nasim hit a two-run home run off Sabir Mahir in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Sabir Mahir in the 3rd, grounded out in the 4th, walked in the 6th and hit a two-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 6th.

Nasim is presently hitting at a .381 pace with 3 home runs and 5 RBIs. He has played in 6 games and scored 6 times.
