Mouse Goes on Rampage Against Supernovas: There aren't many who could be pro ballplayers and there are even fewer who could put up 5 hits in a day.

Zack Mouse is one of those rare few, as he went 5-for-5 against the Sarasota Supernovas at The Brickyard today. The monster effort from the 30-year-old left fielder helped the Indianapolis Apex take the win, 20-0.

"We made some bad pitches and he took advantage of it," said Supernovas manager . "That's the game, though. Don't make mistakes and you'll win ballgames. Make mistakes and, well, you saw what happened today."

Zack Mouse singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, hit a two-run single in the 4th, hit an RBI double in the 5th, walked in a run in the 6th and hit a three-run home run off Joe Warner in the 7th.

Currently Mouse is batting .259 with 71 hits and 11 home runs. He has knocked in 52 runs and scored 49 times.
