Menzies Day-to-Day with Injury: Cougars star shortstop Robert Menzies might be sitting it out a few days after he picked up an injury in yesterday's game against the Rockville Pikemen. He sustained a strained hip flexor while running the bases. Menzies isn't expected to miss a lot of time. However, doctors want to be cautious. They said he would be day-to-day for about 1-2 weeks.

Currently Menzies is batting .293 with 61 hits and 3 home runs. He has knocked in 21 runs and scored 27 times.
