League Gets Last Word, Suspends Allen 2 Games: The baseball commissioner has suspended Expos center fielder Brock Allen 2 games for arguing too vehemently on a called third strike in the Pontiac game at Waterfall Park. Apparently he said the magic words and was ejected by the home plate umpire. He went into the dugout, then returned to the field, resumed his argument with the umpire and had to be restrained by his first base coach.

Allen said he shouldn't have gone back on the field.

"I was pretty mad. I was all over the place."

This season Allen is batting .209 with 6 home runs. His totals include 28 RBIs and 24 runs scored.
