Kingpins Heading to Semi-FInals: Being named series MVP was little solace for Vincent Aldridge after the Chicago Kingpins eliminated his Brew City Bears from the playoffs.
Chicago won the final game 2-1 at Kings Field and wrapped up the series 3-1.
"I couldn't care less about an MVP award when we don't even win," Aldridge said. "I would rather have played terrible but still had a chance to win the World Series."
Meanwhile, the Chicago clubhouse was alive with celebration after the victory, with the team's skipper saying his team is "confident and strong" going into the Semi-FInals.
The Semi-FInals matchups and schedule will be announced after the First Round finishes.
