Jacob Launches 3 HR for Rustlers: Every now and then, everything just comes together.
Dave Jacob discovered that today at Cowboys Ballpark, as he smashed three home runs during the 14-3 Austin Rustlers win over the Tulsa Twisters.
"I got three balls to hit and nailed all three of them," the Austin second baseman said in his postgame interview. "The first was a hanging curve, the second was right down the middle and the last one was a good pitch, but I guessed right and put the wood to it."
Jacob finished the day with 3 hits in 4 at-bats and 5 RBIs.
