Helsinki Moves on to Round 2: A 3-1 triumph at Jokers Field has wrapped up the Round 1 for the Helsinki Jokerit.
"We're off to the Round 2," said Jokerit third baseman Santeri Lappi, who was named series MVP after his club eliminated the Belfast Burgundy Brigade by a series score of 4-1. "You can never take a win in a series like this for granted," he said.
The Helsinki Jokerit don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Oslo Kings - Arsenal Gunners series. That series is tied at 2 games apiece. The Round 2 is scheduled to begin on February 26th , 2053.
