Message:
Garrison on Fire, 5-for-6 Against Baltimore: Getting 5 hits in a game has always been memorable feat in baseball. In the Chicago's 11-7 win over Baltimore today, first baseman Matt Garrison was red-hot, scorching them for hit after hit at Seton Hill Stadium.

"To hit the ball consistently well, you have to relax," Garrison said afterward. "I was relaxed for the first four hits, but I have to admit, I got a little tight when I realized I had a chance for five. On the last at-bat, I was ready to swing at anything close."

Matt Garrison hit a three-run home run off Jerry Meek in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Ivan Rogue in the 7th, singled in the 9th, walked in the 11th, walked in the 14th and flied out in the 16th.

For the season Garrison is hitting .296, batted in 22 runs with 7 home runs and 17 runs scored.
