Forty-Three Grabs PBE Reliever of the Year Award: Jose Forty-Three of the Outer Banks Aviators said he never set out to win the Pro Baseball Experience Reliever of the Year Award this season, but he'll certainly take it.

"2040 was a pretty good year for me, that much is obvious," he said. "This is icing on the cake."

The 30-year-old out of Mexico fashioned a 1.51 ERA this season over 95.1 innings of work. He made 61 relief appearances and had 16 saves, 154 strikeouts, 39 walks and a record of 7 wins and 3 losses.

Matthew Paul of the Boise Raptors finished second in voting, while Cleetus McFloridaman of the Nashville Stars finished third.
