Flying Squirrels Come up Short of Playoffs: Richmond Flying Squirrels manager Willie Harris said his players are "devastated" to have missed the playoffs. Today it became official -- the club has run out of games and was mathematically eliminated from qualifying for a spot in the postseason.

This is the 1st time in a row that the Flying Squirrels have missed the playoffs.Their last payoff appearance was in 2022.
