Flinn Goes Downtown 3 Times Against Cyclones: Auburn Doubledays catcher P.J. Flinn had a magnificent game against the Brooklyn Cyclones today, rocketing three balls out of Falcon Park to help the Doubledays take the 13-0 victory.

"I got some good pitches to hit and I creamed them," he said after the game. "The first was a big, fat fastball and the last two were hanging curves. All three were mistakes."

For the game, Flinn went 3-for-3 with 4 RBIs and 3 runs scored.

"There's a fine line between hitting home runs and line drives," Auburn manager Adam Jenson said later. "Seems like P.J. found his home run stroke today."

P.J. Flinn hit a solo-shot off Tabor Gajewski in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Tabor Gajewski in the 4th, walked in the 6th and hit a solo-shot off Jimmy Otto in the 8th.

Presently Flinn is batting .238 with 7 home runs and 13 RBIs. He has played in 27 games and scored 10 times.
