Fighting Imps Porter Out Rest Of Season: Marc Porter will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Ithaca center fielder could miss the remainder of the year. Porter was injured while running the bases in the Fighting Imps-Thunder Hawks clash at Imps Park recently. Doctors said he has a fractured knee and would be out a minimum of 6 months.
So far this season Porter has hit .276 with 8 home runs, 28 RBIs and scored 31 times.
