Mexico City will get 17-year old minor league RHP Edgard Rodríguez and 30-year old minor league RHP Chris Sackett with El Paso receiving 24-year old 2B Thomas Welch in return. A source close to the trade talks said the two clubs were initially looking to make a bigger deal, but discussions broke off late last night.
