Cyclones Won't Get Playoff Berth: Even the most die-hard fans of the Brooklyn Cyclones will likely now start focusing on next year. The team was today mathematically eliminated from playoff contention.

The Cyclones have made the playoffs 3 times in their 35 years as a Short Season A - U25 franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 18th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2020. Brooklyn last won the Low A Championship Series in 2019.
