Carlos Flores Hurt, Will Miss Rest of Year: The Los Angeles Dodgers were dealt a blow today when starting pitcher Carlos Flores left the game with an undisclosed injury. The team has now revealed that Flores has suffered a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament and will most likely miss the rest of the season as a result of the injury.

To date this season Flores sports a 4-8 mark with a 6.43 ERA in 19 starting assignments. He has held the opposition to a .309 batting average and has 77 strikeouts in 98 innings.
