Beijing Loses Rhys Suter, Will Miss Season: Rhys Suter will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Beijing reliever could miss the remainder of the year. Suter was injured while throwing a pitch in the Express-Red Storm clash at Red Park recently. Doctors said he has a torn labrum and would be out a minimum of 10 months.

To date in the season, Suter is 2-2 with 12 relief appearances and 1 save. He has held opposing batters to a .267 average, pitched 14.2 innings, struck out 10 and walked 14 while recording a 9.82 ERA.
