5-for-5 Game for Coronado: There aren't many who could be pro ballplayers and there are even fewer who could put up 5 hits in a day.

José Carlos Coronado is one of those rare few, as he went 5-for-5 against the London Monarchs at Ballpark of Beirut today. The monster effort from the 30-year-old second baseman helped the Buenos Aires Brisas take the win, 5-1.

"We made some bad pitches and he took advantage of it," said Monarchs manager Jack Gulliver. "That's the game, though. Don't make mistakes and you'll win ballgames. Make mistakes and, well, you saw what happened today."

José Carlos Coronado singled in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Veikko Aravirta in the 3rd, hit an RBI double in the 4th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 9th.

Coronado is presently hitting at a .413 pace with 4 home runs, 9 RBIs and has scored 6 times.
