3-HR Dream Game for Combs: Jacory Combs showed off his power today as he launched three balls into the seats against the Hoover HS Pirates and sparked the Predators to a 12-4 victory.
"I got some good pitches to hit and turned on them real good," he told reporters in the postgame interview. "I have always liked to hit at Predator Park."
For the day, Combs collected 3 hits in 3 at-bats, scored 3 runs and had 8 RBIs.
"He was instant offense today," Enid HS skipper Ted Witte said. "Jacory really put on a show."
Jacory Combs hit a three-run home run off Isaac Rosenblatt in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Derril Gardner in the 4th, walked in the 5th and hit a GRAND SLAM off Terran Bouchard in the 7th.
This year Combs is hitting .273 with 8 home runs.
