Today, the gloves suddenly turned up in the strangest of places. Said teammate, Lance Berkman, "I found them in my underwear drawer...seriously. As soon as I found them, I got them back to Evan. I didn't even ask for a finder's fee and besides, I couldn't wait to get rid of them - they really stank." No details on how the gloves got in Berkman's underwear drawer and perhaps that is for the best. For his part, Evan Longoria was ecstatic.
