Williamson Gone for Season in Milwaukee: The doctors have spoken and Andy Williamson of the Milwaukee Brewers didn't like what he heard. The 35-year-old reliever is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Williamson sustained his season-ending injury during the Minnesota Twins game yesterday at Spring Ballpark. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Milwaukee medical staff reported Williamson had a torn ulnar collateral ligament and would be absent from the lineup for at least 10 months.
