Season-Ending Injury for Jake Potter: Jake Potter will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Indiana starting pitcher could miss the remainder of the year. Potter was injured while throwing a pitch in the Hounds-Redbirds clash at Little Phoenix Park recently. Doctors said he has a torn labrum and would be out a minimum of 9 months.

This year Potter has posted a record of 4 wins and no losses with a 1.61 ERA. He has appeared in 6 games and struck out 26 in 22.1 innings.
