He went on a rampage last week against SAL hurlers and rapped out 10 hits in 17 at-bats for a .588 average while hitting 2 home runs, driving in 6 runs and scoring 3 runs -- numbers quite worthy of the South Atlantic League Player of the Week trophy.
Morin was honored today at a press conference.
So far this year, Morin is batting .294 with 10 home runs and 42 RBIs.
