Rumblers Clinch Wild Card: The River City Rumblers say they are ready for the challenge that lies ahead.
The challenge is to capture a Advanced Rookie Championship Series title as a wild card team.
"The Appalachian League West Division is a strong division and we still feel good about our chances even though we didn't win it," said third baseman Stephen Glover. "It's going to be a tougher road to a title, but it's one we're ready to embark on."
The team has a 42-26 record and is seeking its 1st Rookie Advanced - U24 championship.
