Rehab Road Tough for River Bandits Matt Lappin: After being examined by team doctors yesterday, River Bandits closer Matt Lappin was told that his rehabilitation time would be increased to one week because he still had some pain and soreness. The medical staff did not want to activate him until he is totally healthy. Lappin is recovering from an elbow sprain.

For the year Lappin has made 66 relief appearances and claimed 42 saves. His record is 4-8 with 81 strikeouts in 75.2 innings and a 2.74 ERA.
