Red Wings, Miller Stonewall Louisville, 6-0: Today was Cliff Miller's turn in the rotation for the Rochester Red Wings and he made the most of it, shutting out the Louisville Bats on 3 hits.

The 24-year-old left-hander led the Red Wings to an easy 6-0 victory, allowing no walks and tallying 8 strikeouts.

"I hope we miss him next time," Louisville manager Julio Vinas said. "Miller certainly pitched a strong game against us today. He was in a groove, throwing everything for strikes. Throwing hard. Changing speeds."

Miller's record this season is 3-and-1 with no saves and a 3.60 ERA. He has given up 51 hits in 55 innings with 46 strikeouts.
