Mays Pitches River Rats to 4-0 Win: Columbia River Rats pitcher Scotty Mays really got it done at Columbia Stadium today in his 4-0 shutout victory over the Cut Off Crawdads, shutting them down on 3 hits.
"It was just one of those games where everything went right. I threw a lot of strikes," Mays said. "And the pitches they did get to hit, they didn't do anything with them."
The 24-year-old issued no walks and had 7 strikeouts in the River Rats win.
