Marlins-Clowns Fight Nets 3-Game Suspensions: Bad blood could be brewing between the Marlins and the Clowns. In yesterday's contest at Marlins Park, Miami's Mario Flores and Indianapolis's Manuell Campelina caused the benches to empty when they went toe-to-toe against one another. Only Flores and Campelina were ejected by the umpires.

Upon hearing that the two players had been suspended 3 games each by the league office, harsh comments came from both clubhouses.

League officials have warned both organizations about the consequences of premeditated retaliation.

In 97 games this season Flores has batted at a .275 pace with 82 hits and 15 home runs.

On the season Campelina has delivered 0 saves in 25 relief appearances. He has 35 strikeouts in 34.1 innings with a 6.55 ERA and a 2-2 mark.
