League Punishes Pair for Fighting: After an intense confrontation, both the Lookouts Bryan Murphy and the Shuckers Jonathan Harris were handed their punishments today. The league commissioner's office issued suspensions for an on-the-field conflict that occurred at a recent Chattanooga-Biloxi game. Bryan Murphy will miss 4 games, while Jonathan Harris was suspended for 6 games.

"Sometimes we go too far and have to pay the consequences," Bryan Murphy commented later. "Hopefully cooler heads will prevail the next time we play."

Thus far in 2023 Murphy is hitting .227 with 7 home runs, 47 RBIs, 47 runs scored and has compiled a .294 OBP.

Thus far this season Harris has posted a 6-8 record, started 22 games, struck out 72 batters in 100.2 innings and compiled a 6.08 ERA.
