Kissimmee Captures Wild Card: Cheers, laughter, and even a few tears filled the Kissimmee Kumquats clubhouse as the team celebrated a Florida Rookie League wild card berth.
"We didn't win the division like we wanted to, but I'm still smiling," said reliever Gavin Lewis. "In the end, we've still got a chance to win the Rookie Championship Series and that's the important thing."
The club has a 40-28 record and will be seeking the 12th Rookie Complex League - U22 championship in team history.
