Kibasila's Treatment Not Going Well, Suffers Setback: Imazighen Kibasila is hurting again, just a few days into his treatment for a severely strained hip muscle. Apparently the injury worsened, so the Pioneers sent the 30-year-old second baseman back to the doctors for reexamination. Kibasila told them that the pain had gotten much worse in recent days. It was confirmed that the injury was indeed much more severe that first thought. He was sent to a specialist, who felt that treatment would be longer than first diagnosed. Kibasila will now miss a minimum of 2-3 months.

Currently Kibasila is hitting .202 and has collected no home runs, 11 RBIs and scored 13 times, while playing in 69 games.
