Josh Fisher Out of Lineup, Listed DTD: The topic du jour around Miami is whether Josh Fisher of the Marlins will suit up for today's contest. He was injured yesterday against the Hops while running the bases. The standout 25-year-old first baseman has a strained hamstring and didn't rule out playing, but did say that if pain persisted, he would not risk further injury.

"Josh will play if he can," said the team doctor. "He hasn't got a major injury, but at the same time, we need to monitor the situation and protect him as much as possible."

So far this season Fisher is batting .266 with 20 home runs, 63 RBIs and 49 runs scored. He has 74 hits in 278 at-bats, 43 walks and a .368 OBP. Fisher has played in 82 games.
