Injury Sidelines Palmer for Season: "Not what I wanted to hear," said Quad Cities's Jaylen Palmer to reporters this afternoon, as he revealed that the injury he sustained on 07/24/2022 would force him to miss the rest of the season. "The doctor made it clear," Palmer said. "There's no chance for me -- none at all -- to come back this year. That's the last thing I wanted to hear." Palmer has been out of action since he suffered a ruptured medial collateral ligament.
This year Palmer is batting .301 with 22 hits, 2 home runs, 14 RBIs, 10 walks, .386 OBP and has scored 11 runs. |
