Gwinnett-Durham Brawl, Aguilar and Kopp Suspended: If there wasn't a history between Al Aguilar of Gwinnett and Sean Kopp of Durham, then there is one now. The incident between the two sparked a bench-clearing scrum with those two being the center of attention. Now they will miss 4 and 8 games respectively as a result of their actions. The league office announced their suspensions today.

"We're both really competitive," Aguilar said later, "and sometimes things go a little too far because of it."

This year Aguilar has collected a .305 batting average to date with 138 hits in 452 at-bats, 65 RBIs, 14 home runs and scored 73 times. He has played in 129 games.

Checking out his stats for the season, Kopp has notched 5 wins and 3 losses in 7 starts, 4.38 ERA and struck out 59 batters in 84.1 innings.
