Cryin' Time: Cornu Retiring: Flanked by his two young children, Sébastien Cornu said his reason for retirement is simple.

"I want to spend more time being a father now," the Montana Pandas catcher said in announcing that this season would be his last in pro baseball. "I'm 36 years old now, I think it's a good time to go."

In his 996-game career Cornu is hitting .247 with 871 hits, 221 home runs, 505 runs scored and 612 RBIs.
