Brewers Listless in 6-0 Loss to Pirates: Today was Dave Upton's turn in the rotation for the Pittsburgh Pirates and he made the most of it, shutting out the Milwaukee Brewers on 7 hits.

The 33-year-old left-hander led the Pirates to an easy 6-0 victory, allowing no walks and tallying 6 strikeouts.

"I hope we miss him next time," Milwaukee manager Joe Borgia said. "Upton certainly pitched a strong game against us today. He was in a groove, throwing everything for strikes. Throwing hard. Changing speeds."

In 28 starts this season Upton has registered a 5-16 record and a 6.73 ERA.
