Braves-Pirates Trade Announced: Atlanta and Pittsburgh announced some roster changes today as the Braves acquired 25-year old 3B Alec Bohm and 24-year old minor league RHP Dylan Coleman from the Pirates in exchange for 24-year old minor league 3B Carter Kieboom, 21-year old minor league SS CJ Abrams, and 21-year old minor league RHP Jared Johnson. Representatives from both teams say they are pleased with the deal.
