The Toronto Blue Jays star earned series MVP honors as his club downed the Houston Astros to advance to the World Series.
The Blue Jays won the final game at Minute Maid Park by a score of 4-3 and the series 4-2.
"I'm seeing the ball well and happy to contribute to a win," said Jansen. "I hope it continues for the rest of the playoffs."
For the series, Jansen hit .333 with a .407 on-base percentage. He had 3 home runs, drove in 5 RBI and scored 4 runs.
