Angels Advance to League Championship Series: The Los Angeles Angels have beaten the Houston Astros and will advance to the League Championship Series.
Los Angeles won the final game by a 6-2 count to take the series 3-1. The Angels triumph was no doubt in large part because of the performance of first baseman Bryan Hennessey, who was named MVP of the series.
"The only thing that matters is that we're off to the next round and one step closer to a World Series," he said.
