Gledhill Rockets 3 HR Against Werder Bremen Reserves: Declan Gledhill was sending souvenirs to the sun gods all game long in the 12-8 Hamburger Reserves triumph at Ballpark of Offenbach today.
The 27-year-old put on a show for fans, launching not one, not two, but three home runs into the stands and powering the Hamburger Reserves past the Werder Bremen Reserves.
"One homer's good, two's great, three's out of sight," Gledhill told BNN reporters after the game. "I can't wait until next game. I really feel good at the plate."
The right fielder went 4-for-4, rung up 6 RBIs and scored 4 runs on his record-setting day.
Declan Gledhill hit a solo-shot off Dou-guan Tseng in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, walked in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off H�ctor Valero in the 6th and hit a three-run home run off Augusto Sep�lveda in the 8th.
