Castellanos Wallops #300: The Washington Nationals had something to celebrate today even though they dropped a 9-5 decision to Atlanta. The reason -- the splendid slugger Nick Castellanos hit his 300th career homer in today's contest at Nationals Park.
"I'm fortunate to be here," Castellanos told the media after the game. "The Nationals have a classy organization and some great fans. Homer #300 was for them."
During his career Castellanos is hitting .263 with a total of 300 home runs.
