He taught me that you have to work hard%2C set goals and accept responsibility for your actions. That%27s what the entire Phoenix organization did this year. My dedicated owner%2C coaching staff%2C hard-working and talented players and loyal front office all made this award possible. I thank them for it.%22%0A%0AAnd what a year it was. Clayton sparked the Hotspur Academy to a 57-39 record and a second in the Silver R standings.%0A
