The San Marcos HS Railers medical staff informed the club that the closer will be out at least 10-11 months with a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament. Devon was hurt in the game against San Mateo HS while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season.%0A%0A
